Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped within one week of payment. We ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Carolina Girl Apparel is committed to full customer satisfaction. If you need to make a return for any reason, please contact us and we will make arrangements to send you a replacement. We trust you will be satisfied with your Carolina Girl Apparel purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our return policy is stated below. Please note that you will be responsible for return postage. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges unless the product is determined to have been in damaged or defective condition upon receipt. Advertising Authorites will issue a refund in the form and amount of the product sale (including sales tax but excluding any applicable shipping costs) or, at the customer's choice, we will issue a Merchandise Credit if each of the following conditions has been met: 1. Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and 2. Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags still attached; and 3. Original packaging must be included, along with a copy of invoice and a reason for return.
